Fair rules for a one-time draw.

These terms govern your use of Draft Day Order, a free fantasy football draft-order tool operated by Vivid Vista Media LLC through Vivid Vista Tech.

The short version

You must be at least 13 and allowed to submit the league information.
The first completed result for a platform, league ID, and season stays locked.
Keep the unlisted result link within the people who should see it.
This is a convenience tool, not a fantasy platform, gambling service, or league authority.

Acceptance

By using the service or finalizing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not finalize a draft order.

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 13 years old. You represent that you are authorized to submit the league ID, league name, and team or manager names and to share the resulting order with your league.

The one-result rule

The first successfully completed draw locks one result for the submitted fantasy platform, league ID, and season. Draft Day Order does not verify league ownership or whether the league ID belongs to the person submitting it. League members should compare the result details with their fantasy platform.

Your content

You keep any rights you have in submitted names and league details. You give us limited permission to process, store, display, and transmit that information only as needed to operate and protect the service. That permission ends when the content is deleted, except for the minimal league lock and security or legal records described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive information, unlawful content, or information you are not permitted to use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, evade rate limits or the one-result rule, interfere with security, access another league’s unlisted result without permission, automate abusive traffic, or use the service for unlawful wagering or other unlawful activity.

Receipts and shared links

Email receipts are optional transactional messages requested by the user. Anyone with the complete unlisted link can view the result, so you are responsible for deciding who receives it. Result links expire as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services and fantasy platforms

We use third-party providers to host, protect, and operate the service and to deliver commissioner emails, requested receipts and reminders, and separately requested product updates. The Privacy Policy identifies those providers and explains how they handle information. Draft Day Order is independent and is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, NFL, CBS, Fleaflicker, Fantrax, MyFantasyLeague, or their affiliates. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Service availability

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue the free service when reasonably necessary. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery of an email receipt, preservation beyond the stated retention period, or acceptance of the result under your league’s rules.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vivid Vista Media LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, or league disputes arising from the service. Any total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service or $100. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence where that limitation is prohibited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes apply going forward. Material changes will not retroactively alter a result that was already finalized.
