Privacy at Draft Day Order

The minimum needed. Nothing hidden.

Draft Day Order has no accounts, advertising, or analytics. Here is what stays on your device, what a finalized draft stores, and who can see it.

The short version

  • Your screenshot never leaves your device.
  • A finalized draft stores the league name and ordered team or manager names.
  • Anyone with the complete unlisted result link can view it.

Screenshot import

Optical character recognition runs in your browser. The screenshot file is not uploaded or stored. Imported names stay editable. If you later finalize the draft, the names you keep are sent and stored just like names entered by hand.

What a finalized draft stores

We store the optional league name, ordered team or manager names, draft year, finalization time, receipt ID, and a SHA-256 hash of the random result token. We do not create an account or profile for you.

Retention

Result access expires after 90 days. Expired draft records are removed during later result access or when new drafts are created. Save your screenshot or receipt if the league needs a longer record.

Network security and rate limits

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site, so it processes normal network data such as IP addresses. The Draft Day Order application uses the connection IP transiently to create a hashed, hourly abuse-prevention bucket; its database does not store the raw IP. Cloudflare may set essential security cookies. Read the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Optional email receipts

If email receipts are enabled and you provide an address, the address and result email are sent to Resend for delivery. The Draft Day Order draft record does not store your email address. Resend handles that delivery data under its Privacy Policy.
